PulsePoint Connect is expanding! We’re looking for a male HR professional with strong BPO experience to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in recruitment, attendance management, onboarding, employee relations, and HR compliance — specifically within a call center/BPO environment.
Requirements:
Prior experience in a BPO setup (mandatory)
Excellent english communication and people management skills
Ability to work in night shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM)
Strong understanding of HR policies and operations
