Key Responsibilities:
·       Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
·       Oversee recruitment, talent management, and employee development
·       Foster a positive work culture and ensure compliance with labor laws
·       Manage employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration
·       Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to improve business decisions

Requirements:
·       Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
·       Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
·       Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
·       Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
