Description:
HRINT is currently seeking a seasoned and driven HR Manager—preferably female—to lead and enhance the company’s human resources function. This position is ideal for an HR professional with a strong background in the technology sector and a proven track record in recruitment, compliance, policy development, and performance management.
As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for designing and executing strategic HR initiatives aligned with the organization’s objectives. Your leadership will ensure a strong organizational culture, efficient hiring practices, and effective HR compliance. A significant portion of this role requires deep expertise in technical recruitment, particularly in areas such as Full Stack Development, React, Node.js, and DevOps roles.
Drive and manage the full HR lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance appraisals, and employee relations.
Lead end-to-end technical hiring, ensuring the sourcing and selection of top-tier tech talent.
Create and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks in line with legal and operational needs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace regulations, and organizational policies.
Oversee performance management systems and guide team leads on appraisals and staff development.
Provide strategic HR support to leadership and contribute to organizational planning and development.
Foster a culture of transparency, growth, and collaboration within the company.
Minimum 4 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial position in the tech sector.
In-depth knowledge and experience in technical recruitment (especially Full Stack, React, Node.js, DevOps).
Proven skills in policy creation, performance management, compliance, and HR operations.
Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
