We are actively seeking a motivated and hands-on HR Manager (Female) to lead and support our night operations team based in Karachi. This role is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in dynamic environments and has a passion for recruiting talent, managing employee relations, and driving team engagement, specifically in call center settings. You will play a crucial role in building a strong workforce, ensuring compliance, and enhancing the overall employee experience during night shifts.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Lead the recruitment and onboarding process for call center agents who will work during night shifts. This includes sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and ensuring smooth integration of new hires into the company.
Social Media Management: Manage and maintain the company’s social media presence on platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook. You will be responsible for posting relevant updates, engaging with followers, and enhancing the employer brand online.
Employee Engagement & Retention: Develop and implement initiatives that promote employee satisfaction and reduce turnover. Actively support team-building activities and foster a positive work culture within the night shift workforce.
HR Compliance & Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate HR records, ensuring all employee files and documentation comply with internal policies and legal regulations. Handle attendance, leave management, and related administrative duties.
Performance Management: Assist in monitoring employee performance, conducting evaluations, and supporting team development initiatives. Work closely with supervisors to identify training needs and opportunities for growth.
A minimum of 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in HR, preferably with hands-on experience in call center recruitment and employee management.
Strong knowledge and experience in recruiting and managing call center agents, specifically for night shifts.
Familiarity with social media management tools and platforms to effectively handle company profiles and employer branding.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with employees and management.
Previous experience in the POS (Point-of-Sale) industry is highly desirable and will be considered a strong advantage.
Ability to work comfortably and efficiently during night shift hours (6:00 PM to 2:00 AM).
