Hr Manager

 

Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function. The ideal candidate will play a key role in talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and HR strategy development aligned with our fast-paced catering operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with labor laws.

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for kitchen, service, and management staff.

Lead onboarding, training, and employee development initiatives.

Monitor attendance, leaves, and payroll coordination.

Resolve employee grievances and handle disciplinary actions fairly.

Ensure compliance with EOBI, Social Security, and other regulatory requirements.

Support HR audits and reporting.


Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field.

5+ years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality, catering, or FMCG.

Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices in Pakistan.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people management skills.

Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
