Rehman Group, a well-established organization since 1995, is looking for a skilled HR Manager to join its team in Blue Area, Islamabad. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in human resources management, with a focus on strategic HR practices and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process.
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Requirements:

• 5 years of proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
• A graduate degree in HR or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HR systems and databases.
