What you’ll do:
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Manage the recruitment and selection process
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

You should have:
• Excellent problem solving, and analytical skills to balance the needs of our business and people.
• Experience implementing HR and People processes from scratch.
• Minimum 1+ years experience in IT / Software Industry

Who you are:
• Minimum 1 Years of experience working in the HR operations
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure and provide guidelines to the HR team.
• Proven track record of strategically defining and delivering HR operations.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree required (BBA)
