🚨 WE’RE HIRING | HR MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our growing FinTech company and lead our HR functions, people operations, and workplace culture.

📍 Location: Gulberg, Lahore | Onsite
🕘 Working Hours: Monday–Saturday | 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
💼 Experience Required: 7 to 10 years in HR
💰 Salary: PKR 150,000–250,000/month

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead day-to-day HR operations
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and processes
• Manage onboarding, employee engagement, and retention
• Handle employee relations and grievance management
• Manage performance management and appraisal processes
• Oversee attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR records
• Support workforce planning and organizational development
• Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations
• Build a positive, professional, and performance-driven workplace culture
• Provide HR guidance and support to management

Requirements:
• 7 to 10 years of HR experience required
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in HR management and operations
• Experience in FinTech, technology, or financial services is preferred
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and growing organization
