🔑 Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment, screening, and interviewing processes.
Onboarding & Operations: Oversee structured employee onboarding, data documentation, and compliance.
Culture & Retention: Design and implement employee engagement and retention strategies to support a productive company culture.
Compliance & Policies: Develop and enforce HR policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), systems, and performance/disciplinary structures.
Legal Documentation: Manage NDAs, employment contracts, and official HR documentation seamlessly.
🎯 Requirements:
2+ years of hands-on experience in human resources or talent acquisition.
Exceptional communication and empathetic people-management skills.
Proven problem-solving ability with a strong sense of ownership.
Ability to work independently and drive HR initiatives from scratch.
