Hr Manager

Description:

Synexio Technologies is looking for a dynamic and hands-on Manager HR who can lead the complete HR function for a fast-paced, sales-driven POS business and support a growing workforce of 150+ employees.

This role is for someone who understands that HR is not just about hiring it’s about building teams, developing people, strengthening operations, and creating a performance-driven culture.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
• Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition, with a strong grip on bulk hiring for sales and operations
• Manage HR operations for a 150+ employee workforce
• Design and execute Training & Development programs to improve productivity and retention
• Manage attendance, leaves, employee relations, onboarding, offboarding and HR compliance
• Ensure smooth payroll, attendance & employee lifecycle management through FlowHCM
• Partner with Operations and business leaders on manpower planning and workforce requirements
• Drive employee engagement, performance management and retention initiatives
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters and conflict resolution professionally
• Develop HR reports, dashboards and workforce analytics for management
• Build a structured, accountable and performance-oriented workplace culture

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫
✔ 3–6 years of progressive HR experience
✔ Strong expertise in Recruitment & Bulk Hiring
✔ Hands-on experience in Training & Development
✔ Experience managing HR operations for a large workforce
✔ Practical experience with FlowHCM – Payroll, Attendance, Leaves & Onboarding
✔ Strong understanding of HR policies, employee relations and compliance
✔ Experience in POS, BPO, Call Center, International Sales or similar fast-paced environments will be preferred
✔ Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills

🌙 Shift: Night Shift | 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM
