* Manage end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning
* Oversee HR operations, attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee records
* Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
* Ensure labor law and statutory compliance
* Manage employee relations, performance, disciplinary matters, and engagement
* Prepare HR reports, analytics, and workforce data
* Improve HR processes across both organizations
