Integration Xperts is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and support our HR department’s day-to-day operations. This internship will provide you with exposure to various HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, HRIS management, policy development, and more. You will work closely with our HR professionals to assist in maintaining a positive employee experience and ensuring smooth HR processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a team player.
• Previous experience or coursework in HR is a plus.
