Hr Intern & Hr Officer

 

Description:

eSpark Consulting Group is hiring actively for HR Intern & HR Officer
An ideal candidate should have good communication and people management skills. He/she is expected to have problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
He/she will be responsible to:
Recruitment and selection activities
Assist with the recruitment process by identifying & screening candidates, Conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
Coordinate employee development plans and performance management.
Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
Manage the organisation's employee database and prepare reports.
Produce and submit reports on general HR activities.
Coordinate in executing the learning and training programs.
Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
Serve as point of contact with internal and external resources.
Maintain calendars of the HR management team.
Assist in completion of compensation and benefit documentation.
Skills and Requirements:
preferably 6 months of experience in HR functions
Good record-keeping skills.
Good knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent computer literacy with capability in email, MS Office and related HR software.
Remarkable organisational and conflict management skills.
Good decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Good team player.
Good ability and initiative to learn and research new concepts
Qualification
Bachelors or master’s degree in Human Resources.
Job type & location:
Onsite || Gulistan e Jauhar block 1, Karachi.
Timings
10:00 am to 07:00 pm
