Description:
As an HR Intern, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in various HR functions while working on-site. You will provide support to the HR team in areas such as recruitment, employee onboarding, HR records management, and employee relations.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job ads, screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
• Assist with employee onboarding and orientation processes.
• Manage HR records, ensuring all employee files are accurate and up to date.
• Assist with employee relations issues and guide managers and employees on HR-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
• Support the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives to support the company's business objectives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
