HR Intern (Recruitment Focus) – Onsite

Location: Main Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi
Timings: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Monday – Friday)

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This role will mainly focus on recruitment activities and provide hands-on experience in HR operations.

Responsibilities:

-Assist in the recruitment and hiring process
-Source candidates through job portals and social media platforms
-Screen CVs and shortlist suitable candidates
-Schedule and coordinate interviews
-Maintain candidate records and recruitment databases
-Assist HR team with daily HR-related tasks

Requirements:

-Fresh graduates or students pursuing HR/Business-related fields are encouraged to apply
-Basic understanding of recruitment processes
-Good communication skills
-Good command of MS Excel
-Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
-Willingness to learn and grow in HR
