The Dreamial Marketing Agency (TDMA) is looking for passionate interns who want to gain hands-on HR experience this summer while working remotely , with the flexibility to occasionally be onsite when required.

What You’ll Gain & Work On:

Learn the basics of recruitment: job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling

Assist with HR documentation and record-keeping

Support onboarding/offboarding processes

Help manage attendance sheets and internal HR updates

Participate in training sessions, feedback reviews, and HR meetings

Learn how HR functions within a creative digital agency

Requirements:

Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of HR, Business Admin, or relevant field

Great communication & time management skills

Must be available remotely with willingness to come onsite if requested (Johar Town, Lahore)

Eager to learn, proactive, and responsible

This is a learning-based internship, ideal for those looking to build foundational HR skills in a professional setting. You’ll receive a Certificate of Completion and an Experience Letter at the end of your internship.
