Crawlbytes is looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our team. If you’re interested in learning about recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations in a fast-paced digital agency, this internship is a perfect opportunity.

What You’ll Do:

Assist in the recruitment process: posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews

Help with onboarding new employees and preparing orientation materials Support the HR team in employee engagement activities and events

Maintain employee records and update HR databases

Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops

Handle basic HR communications and correspondence

Learn about labor laws and company policies

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication and organizational skills

Detail-oriented and eager to learn

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)

Ability to work onsite in Islamabad

Positive attitude and teamwork spirit
