Magnatec Systems Private Limited is seeking a motivated HR Intern to support the HR department in daily administrative and recruitment tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to gain hands-on HR experience in a dynamic workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process including posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Support employee onboarding and orientation processes.
Maintain and update HR documentation and records.
Help organize employee engagement and training activities.
Learn and assist in performance and compliance processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Eagerness to learn and grow within the HR function.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
