Magnatec Systems Private Limited is seeking a motivated HR Intern to support the HR department in daily administrative and recruitment tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to gain hands-on HR experience in a dynamic workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process including posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

  • Support employee onboarding and orientation processes.

  • Maintain and update HR documentation and records.

  • Help organize employee engagement and training activities.

  • Learn and assist in performance and compliance processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the HR function.

  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
