Alara Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and career-oriented HR Intern to join their team in Wapda Town, Lahore during the night shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM PST). This is a full-time, on-site internship designed to provide hands-on experience in HR operations, with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent HR position based on performance and attitude.

This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates who are looking to launch their careers in Human Resources and want to be mentored in a dynamic and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement

• Maintain HR documentation and manage employee records

• Support coordination between departments and HR operations

• Assist in scheduling interviews and managing candidate databases

• Provide support in performance management and training activities

• Perform other HR-related administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills

• Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field

• Ability to work night shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM PST)

• Graduates only – current students are not eligible

• Previous HR experience or internships will be considered an advantage
