Description:

TecRec is offering a valuable internship opportunity for individuals who are passionate about Human Resources and are looking to gain hands-on experience in a professional recruitment environment. This internship is ideal for students or fresh graduates who are detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn the ins and outs of HR operations and recruitment cycles.

As an HR Intern, you will work closely with the recruitment team and hiring managers, supporting various stages of the hiring process from posting jobs to coordinating interviews. You’ll gain practical exposure to the tools, processes, and professional etiquette essential for a successful HR career.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements on various platforms.

  • Screen resumes to identify qualified candidates for open positions.

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates.

  • Communicate with candidates via email and phone for follow-ups and updates.

  • Support hiring managers in understanding and detailing role requirements.

  • Maintain HR databases, recruitment trackers, and documentation for record-keeping.


Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

  • Good command of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Eagerness to learn and take initiative in a professional environment.


Internship Details:

  • Location: Lahore (On-site)

  • Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

  • Duration: 3 months (with potential for extension or a full-time offer based on performance)
