KDYS LAB (Pvt) Ltd is offering an exciting opportunity for an HR Intern to join their dynamic HR team on a paid internship basis for a duration of two months. This internship is ideal for candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in technical recruitment and human resource operations within a fast-paced corporate environment.
As an HR Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment lifecycle for technical roles. Your responsibilities will include assisting in sourcing and screening candidates by leveraging popular recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Rozee.pk. You will be involved in coordinating interview schedules and maintaining constant communication with candidates to ensure a smooth and professional hiring process.
Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate candidate databases and tracking the progress of recruitment activities to support the HR team’s strategic goals. You will also contribute to drafting clear and compelling job descriptions and assist in posting job openings to attract qualified applicants.
The ideal candidate is currently pursuing or holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Familiarity with recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter or Zoho Recruit will be an added advantage. Strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and changing work environment are essential for success in this role.
