Human Capital HR Solutions (HC) is hiring a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist / HR Manager for a leading organization in the Nutraceutical, Health & Wellness, and Consumer Healthcare industry.

📍 Location: DHA, Karachi

🎯 Experience Required: 2–4 Years

🔹 KEY REQUIREMENTS:
• Strong experience in Mass / High-Volume Recruitment
• Experience hiring for Sales, Call Center, Field, and Operational roles
• Ability to manage the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding
• Strong candidate pipeline-building and recruitment planning skills
• Understanding of hiring funnels and recruitment metrics
• Ability to independently manage day-to-day HR operations
• Strong communication, ownership, and decision-making skills
• Good command of English

⭐ PREFERRED INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE:
Experience in Nutraceutical, Pharmaceutical, FMCG, Healthcare, Retail, or other fast-growing organizations will be an added advantage.
