FalconXoft is a software and AI agency shipping for clients across the US, UK and the Gulf. We're growing our team and looking for someone to own recruitment and people operations — not to push paper, but to help build the team that builds everything else.
This is a high-ownership role with direct CEO access. We're hiring for instinct and character over a long résumé, early-career and fresh candidates are genuinely welcome.
What you'll do
→ Run recruitment end-to-end: write roles, source and headhunt, screen, and keep the process clean
→ Handle hard conversations — performance, probation, the occasional exit — with candor and care
→ Maintain HR documentation, contracts, clauses and handbook updates with guidance, including legal review where needed
→ Own people ops: onboarding, leave, records, the day-to-day
→ Support reviews, promotions and the standards that keep the team accountable
→ Use modern tools, including AI, to do all of it faster
What we need (the firm part)
→ A bachelor's degree, any discipline (ideally HR, Psychology or Business)
→ 0 to 2 years of experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome
→ Strong English and Urdu, written and spoken
→ A clear, kind, direct communicator who's comfortable with hard conversations
→ Comfortable with Google Sheets, job boards, LinkedIn search, documentation and AI tools
→ Strong follow-through and discretion: this role touches hiring decisions, performance conversations and sensitive information, so maturity matters more than years
→ Coachable and ambitious, this is a growth hire
