Experience: 1–3 years in HR (Software/ IT sector)

We’re seeking a proactive HR Generalist in Karachi to handle day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records. The role supports performance management, engagement initiatives, compliance with HR policies, and employee queries.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years’ HR experience in Karachi’s IT/software industry preferred.
Knowledge of recruitment, employee relations & labor laws.
Strong communication skills and integrity in handling confidential data.
