Ortak Consultants (Pvt.) Ltd. is hiring a skilled HR Generalist for one of our Karachi-based clients.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily HR operations including payroll, benefits, and employee records
Support recruitment and onboarding processes
Handle employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies
Assist in policy development, training, and performance management
Act as a go-to HR contact for all employee queries
Stay up-to-date with local labor law changes and ensure compliance
✅ Requirements:
🎓 Bachelor's in HR, Business Administration, or related
🗂️ 2–3 years’ experience in an HR Generalist capacity
🤝 Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
💻 Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
📘 Sound knowledge of HR policies and labor regulations
