Our firm specializes in accounting and tax solutions, helping ambitious businesses grow, scale, and evolve. We are seeking a proactive HR Generalist to manage recruitment and core HR functions while fostering a positive, compliant, and growth-oriented workplace culture.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding.

Maintain HR policies, employee handbook, and compliance standards.

Manage employee relations including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and performance reviews.

Drive engagement and retention initiatives such as training, recognition, and development programs.

Coordinate payroll, HR administration, and reporting for senior management.

🔹 Requirements

3 years’ experience as HR Generalist / Recruitment Manager

Strong skills in interviewing, candidate assessment, and negotiation.

Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities.

Proficiency in HR software, ATS, and HR reporting tools.
Background in Finance / Accounting industry is an added advantage.
