Hr Generalist

Idara Al-Khair is looking for a passionate and experienced HR Generalist to join our growing team. This role goes beyond recruitment — it's about building a supportive, organized, and people-focused environment that helps our mission thrive.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle — from job postings to onboarding
  • Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance support
  • Oversee employee loan requests, benefits, leaves, and recordkeeping
  • Conduct new hire orientations and exit processes
  • Maintain and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws
  • Coordinate payroll data with finance
  • Support departmental needs and build strong relationships with team leads
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records and documentation

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar HR role
  • Strong understanding of HR functions, employee handling, and HR systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High integrity, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
  • Passion to work in the development/non-profit sector is a strong plus
