HubDigit, on behalf of one of our esteemed clients, is seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Generalist to join the team. This role is integral to managing core HR operations, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and ensuring the smooth functioning of HR processes within the organization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace environment and supporting both management and employees through effective HR practices.

Key responsibilities include overseeing the complete recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate screening, conducting interviews, and facilitating a seamless onboarding process for new hires. The HR Generalist will serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, helping to maintain healthy employee relations and promptly resolving any workplace concerns. Additionally, the candidate will assist in the performance appraisal process by supporting evaluation activities and contributing to employee development plans.

Maintaining accurate and organized HR documentation, including employee files, records, and compliance-related paperwork, is critical. The role also requires ensuring adherence to internal HR policies and compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations to safeguard organizational integrity. Moreover, the HR Generalist will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing employee training programs and engagement activities aimed at enhancing workplace morale and professional growth.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems, are essential for success in this role. Preference will be given to candidates residing near DHA Phase 8 or surrounding areas.
