SSC is seeking a motivated and skilled HR Generalist to join the HR Business Partner Team at their Lahore office. The successful candidate will contribute significantly to the effective management of HR operations and support various human resource initiatives.
Coordinate recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Administer HR policies and ensure compliance with company standards and labor laws.
Assist in performance management processes, including appraisals and employee feedback.
Support employee relations initiatives to promote a positive work environment.
Collaborate with management to identify and resolve HR-related issues efficiently.
Bachelor’s degree (minimum 4 years) from a recognized university.
2 to 3 years of proven experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.
Strong understanding of HR best practices and relevant labor legislation.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
