YOLO is looking for a HR Generalist to join their team in Karachi. This is a full-time position for someone with 1–2 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage HR operations, recruitment processes, and performance management

• Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment

• Handle day-to-day HR tasks and support employees in various HR-related matters

Requirements:
