Hr Generalist

 

Description:

We are seeking an HR Generalist to manage the full employee lifecycle and provide HR support in various aspects for our company in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in HR operations and a commitment to supporting employee engagement and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, confirmations, documentation, and exits.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and employee data through HRIS and manual systems.

  • Coordinate attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs in collaboration with the Finance team.

  • Assist in executing performance management processes and tracking probation reviews.

  • Support day-to-day employee engagement, internal communications, and policy implementation.

  • Handle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate experience.

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and local labor laws.

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and provide support on general HR matters.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputable university in Karachi.

  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Operations role.

  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office and comfortable working with HR systems.
