Experience: 2–4 years in HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management

What you’ll do:

- Oversee day-to-day HR operations

- Handle end-to-end recruitment

- Support employee onboarding and offboarding

- Drive employee engagement initiatives

- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws

What we’re looking for:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- A proactive mindset with attention to detail

- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of HRIS systems and Pakistani labor law is a plus
