📢 We’re Hiring – HR Executive / HR Officer

Nexgen Connect Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated, professional, and people-oriented HR Executive / HR Officer to join our growing team.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment and hiring process from sourcing to onboarding
• Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and management
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Handle attendance, leaves, and employee-related matters
• Support employee engagement and workplace activities
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous HR/recruitment experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply
