Requirements:

• 2–3 years of relevant HR experience
• Prior experience in HR Analytics, Talent Acquisition, and HR Operations
• Experience with SAP HCM/ERP systems
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Exposure to AI-based HR tools
