Dynamic Solutions is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support and strengthen our HR operations. This role is ideal for candidates who have hands-on experience in payroll administration, employee relations, HR documentation, and employee lifecycle management.


🔹 Key Responsibilities

✔ Manage payroll processing and HR operational activities
✔ Handle employee relations and people management functions
✔ Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
✔ Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR databases
✔ Draft, implement, and update HR policies and procedures
✔ Ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices


🔹 Requirements

✅ 1–5 years of experience in HR Operations or a related field
✅ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline (preferred)
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Experience in employee documentation and record management
✅ Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
✅ Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
✅ Willingness to work a 9-hour night shift
