Hr Executive

We’re hiring an HR Executive to join our growing team at Aurix Tech.

This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, employee coordination, and HR documentation, preferably in a fast-paced tech environment.

Role Highlights:
• Recruitment and onboarding support
• Attendance management and HRMS handling, FlowHCM preferred
• Employee records and HR documentation
• Policy implementation and HR coordination
• Employee communication and support
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of HR experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with HRMS tools
• IT company experience will be a plus
