We’re a fast-growing outsourcing company providing back-office services to US-based construction clients. As we expand our new operations center in Lahore, we’re building a talented team across sales, technical, and support roles — and we need a dynamic HR professional to help us do it.
What You’ll Do
You’ll lead recruitment for our growing team — mainly sales (cold calling) and occasionally technical roles like estimators and drafters.
Your day-to-day will include:
* Managing end-to-end hiring — sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers.
* Using LinkedIn, job boards (Rozee, Mustakbil, Indeed), and social media to find great candidates.
* Building hiring pipelines for night-shift sales and support teams.
* Keeping everything organized in Google Sheets or ATS tools.
* Supporting on-boarding, payroll coordination, and HR admin as we grow.
Who You Are
* Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR or Business.
* 2+ years of solid recruitment experience in BPO, call center, or outsourcing environments.
* Proven record of hiring sales and support staff for night shifts.
* Strong English communication and people skills.
* Energetic, organized, and ready to build something from the ground up.
