✔️ ATS management, offer prep & onboarding
✔️ Build strong talent pipelines & stay market-aware

✔️ Onboarding, offboarding, documentation
✔️ HRIS, payroll coordination, employee records
✔️ HR policies, compliance, engagement initiatives
