Bachaa Party is looking to hire a skilled and experienced HR Executive for its North Region.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for retail stores in the North region (job posting, headhunting, screening, interviewing, and hiring).
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Handle employee grievances, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Conduct new employee orientations and support onboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Oversee basic HR operations including attendance and leave management.
• Support employees with HR-related queries and concerns.
• Participate in HR initiatives and projects to enhance workplace culture and engagement.

🎓 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience in the retail industry.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
