• Talent acquisition & recruitment coordination
• Employee onboarding & HR documentation
• Attendance, leaves & payroll coordination
• Performance tracking & employee engagement
• Implementing HR policies & maintaining company culture
• Handling employee relations & internal communication

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• 1–3 years of HR or recruitment experience
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Experience hiring sales & tech roles (preferred)
• Organized, proactive & problem-solving attitude
