🚨 We’re Hiring: HR Executive
Hot n Spicy is on the lookout for a proactive and organized HR Executive to join our team. If you have a passion for recruitment, talent management, and building strong teams, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

🔑 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage end-to-end hiring process for various positions across departments
✅ Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing requirements
✅ Source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates through multiple channels
✅ Schedule and conduct interviews, and assist in final selection
✅ Handle onboarding and orientation of new hires
✅ Maintain and update employee records and databases
✅ Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks

🎓 Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR or recruitment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR tools
