Hr Executive

 

Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will support all human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and compliance. This role plays a key part in maintaining a positive workplace culture and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of HR processes.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
-Assist in recruitment efforts: job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
-Maintain employee records and HR databases in compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
-Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying attendance, leave, and overtime data.
-Coordinate training sessions and HR events such as employee engagement activities and performance reviews.
-Address employee queries related to HR policies, compensation, and benefits.
-Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
-Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
-Prepare HR reports such as headcount, turnover, and recruitment metrics.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
-1–3 years of experience in an HR role preferred.
-Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
-Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with HRMS/HRIS is a plus.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
-Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
