Our client is looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Executive – Talent Acquisition to join their team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the attraction and selection of top-quality talent to drive organizational growth.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop accurate job descriptions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups.
Maintain recruitment records and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Assist with onboarding and orientation for new hires.
🎓 Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–4 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
📍 Location: Lahore
💰 Salary Range: PKR 75K – 85K
