We’re hiring an HR Executive (International Recruitment) at Romeo Staffing Agency!

If you have experience recruiting healthcare professionals or working with international clients — especially in the U.S. market — this role is for you.

The ideal candidate will help manage end-to-end recruitment and HR documentation for our U.S.-based healthcare partners, ensuring compliance with W2 and 1099 employment standards while maintaining high-quality candidate communication.

Position Details:
Location: Model Colony, Karachi (near Airport)
Timing: 6 PM – 3 AM (Monday to Friday)
Experience: 1+ year in international recruitment preferred
Salary: Market Competitive
