🕒 Type: Full-time 3:00 pm to 12:00 am

💼 Key Responsibilities:

Support the HR department in daily operations and administrative tasks.

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.

Help with on-boarding, orientation, and training coordination.

Participate in employee engagement and performance management initiatives.

🎯 Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

1–2 years of experience in an HR Assistant or similar role.

Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
