Job Title: HR Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with 2–3 years of experience in HR operations and exposure to Training & Development. The ideal candidate will support end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, performance management, and employee engagement, while also assisting in planning and executing training-related activities. Strong communication, organizational, and client-handling skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete recruitment cycle: sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding
Draft and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documentation
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Assist in payroll coordination and ensure timely processing of employee benefits
Support performance appraisal cycles and handle employee queries
Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture activities
Coordinate with clients and internal teams for HR-related deliverables
Assist in organizing and executing training sessions and support L&D initiatives

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
2–3 years of relevant experience in HR operations with exposure to Training & Development

Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of HR functions, policies, and processes
Knowledge of basic Training & Development practices
Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively

Preferred:
Experience working with corporate clients
Strong interpersonal skills and client-service orientation
Ability to work independently and take initiative
