💼 Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and expectations
Source candidates via job portals, social media, and referral networks
Conduct initial screenings, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interview processes
Manage interview scheduling, candidate communication, and feedback follow-ups
Maintain accurate recruitment records and update the ATS system
Assist in onboarding and orientation of new employees
✅ Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
3–4 years of experience in recruitment (FMCG experience preferred)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Familiarity with modern sourcing techniques and ATS tools
