Position:                     HR Executive
Qualification:             BBA / BPA (Human Resource Management)
CGPA:                         Not less than 2.8
Experience:                 Fresh - 01 year experience
Location:                    15th Mile, National Highway, Landhi Industrial Area, Karachi.

Job Description:

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction of new hires.
- Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and leave management in HR systems.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and day-to-day matters.
- Support payroll data preparation including attendance, leave, and overtime.
- Contribute to performance management, training coordination, and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR regulations.
- Prepare HR reports, documentation, and provide support during audits and inspections.
- Participate in policy implementation, process improvements, and health & safety initiatives.
- Stay updated on HR best practices and bring forward innovative ideas.
