We are looking for an experienced *HR Executive* with expertise in *Payroll, Shift Roster Management, ATS (Applicant Tracking System), and TMS (Time Management System).*

*Requirements:*
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR or related field
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in Payroll & HR systems
- Familiar with *FlowHCM* or any similar HRMS
- Strong understanding of *attendance, leave & shift rosters*
- Good analytical and coordination skills
- Proficient in *MS Excel* and reporting tools

*Responsibilities:*
- Handle *monthly payroll processing*
- Maintain *shift rosters and attendance records*
- Operate *ATS* for recruitment tracking
- Monitor and resolve issues in *TMS*
- Collaborate with departments for HR operations
