Experience Required: 2 to 4 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding

Maintain accurate employee records in HR databases and systems

Oversee payroll processes and manage leave/attendance tracking

Address employee queries and promote a positive workplace culture

Organize training sessions, performance evaluations, and engagement activities

Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies

Assist in preparing HR reports and facilitating audits

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/HRM preferred)

2-4 years of proven experience in an HR Executive or Generalist role

Strong grasp of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws

Proficient in MS Office and HRMS software

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work both independeritly and within a collaborative teamrelated field (MBA/HRM preferred)
